Get outside and drink it in

I love being an acupuncturist because I get to help people feel better. I’m not saying I’m some amazing healer but through my training, rapport building and dedication, I am an instrument toward your self-healing.

One of the coolest things about the mechanism of acupuncture is its bi-directionality. It can calm you if you’re feeling amped. It can energize you if you are feeling sluggish. The body tends towards homeostasis – we are just reminding and encouraging it to do what it does naturally.
